Itchy & Scratchy
We took Barry to get his first shots on Saturday. The vet’s office is inside a PetSmart. Usually I’m just there to shop so I’m in and out pretty quickly, but Saturday we were kept waiting for a while. By the time I got home, my allergies had gone haywire. So in addition to my daily dose of Claritin, I started popping Benadryl. Didn’t do much for the sneezing, but it did make me sleepy. I spent most of Sunday in bed, but I did manage to get a few things done (laundry, vacuuming the bedroom) so the weekend wasn’t a total loss.
Oh, and Barry’s fine, by the way. He was uncharacteristically docile Saturday night, but up to his old tricks yesterday.
