There’s no Amber Alert issued, but this baby deserves an Amber Alert! 2-month-old Terez Stiff is missing (since December 14) after his father shot his mother and fled the scene with him. St Louis police say an Amber Alert will not be issued because it does not fit the guidelines set by the program. Seriously, what do you have to do to get an Amber Alert for a defenseless 2-month-old baby?
